Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. All requests after this time will be rejected. Your order can be returned upon receipt for a full refund.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time to process your order during the holidays and special sales times. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 working days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on the weekend.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Due to the high demand, it can take between 7 and 15 days for orders to arrive.

What happens if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in euros, which means that you may be obliged to pay duties and taxes as soon as you receive your order. Once your order arrives at the final destination, import taxes, customs duties and related customs duties may be levied, which are determined by your local customs office. The payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and is not taken over by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department of your country. What happens if the items I received are defective/wrong/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing and/or defective goods. When you receive your package, please indicate your order number, photos of the items and all related references. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original means of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be made within 7-10 working days of receipt of the returned item or the cancellation request to the card-issuing bank. If you have any questions about the time of the credit to your account, please contact the card-issuing bank. If you have not yet received a credit for your return, proceed as follows: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
